Real Hair Co supplies Premium Remy human hair extensions that are newly sourced and quality checked in Brisbane before dispatch.

Our Brisbane team checks each order for method, length, colour and pack details before it is sent. This helps make sure your order has been reviewed carefully before it reaches you.

Delivery Timeframe

Please allow 5 to 7 business days from order date to delivery.

Delivery timeframes may vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays, courier delays or unexpected service interruptions. If there is a delay with your order, our team will provide an update where possible.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please check that your email address, mobile number and delivery address are correct at checkout. Real Hair Co cannot take responsibility for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Delivery Address

Please provide a secure delivery address where your order can be safely received. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery or refusal to accept delivery, additional postage costs may apply before the order can be resent.

Authority to Leave

If you request authority to leave or provide delivery instructions, you accept responsibility for the parcel once the carrier marks it as delivered.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking shows a delay, please contact our team and we will help you check the delivery status with the carrier.

Real Hair Co is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched, but our team will assist where possible.

Order Changes

If you need to update your delivery details after placing an order, contact our team as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

If you are unsure which shade to order, please use our Colour Match Support page before checkout. Our team offers colour match support by phone, video call, live chat or photo. Send a natural light photo with your hair down and no filter, and our team will check the closest match.
