Real Hair Co offers Remy human hair extensions across seven approved methods: Nano Ring, Flat Tip, Micro Tip, Mini Weft, Hand Tied Weft, Tape In and Invisible Tape Extensions.
How do I choose the right method?
Method choice depends on your natural hair, hair density, colour history, lifestyle and how you prefer to maintain your extensions. Fine or thin hair may suit Mini Weft, Nano Ring, Invisible Tape Extensions or Tape In. Medium hair can suit most methods. Fuller hair may suit Hand Tied Weft, Mini Weft or Flat Tip.
Which methods suit fine or thin hair?
Fine or thin hair often suits Mini Weft, Nano Ring, Invisible Tape Extensions or Tape In. Hand Tied Weft is generally not the first choice for fine or thin hair because it has return hairs and must not be cut.
What is the difference between Mini Weft and Hand Tied Weft?
Mini Weft has no return hairs and can be cut. Hand Tied Weft has return hairs and must not be cut. Mini Weft is often a softer option for fine or thin hair, while Hand Tied Weft is generally better suited to medium to full hair.
What is Flat Tip Hair Extensions?
Flat Tip Hair Extensions are an Italian keratin heat fusion method. They generally suit medium to full hair best and are not recommended for very fine or fragile hair.
Are Invisible Tape Extensions completely invisible?
No. Invisible Tape Extensions are Real Hair Co's most discreet tape option, but no hair extension method should be described as completely invisible.

Real Hair Co extensions are Remy human hair and can usually be styled with heat tools. Use a suitable heat protectant, keep heat moderate and follow aftercare guidance to help maintain the hair.
How do I care for tape extensions?
Avoid oils, heavy conditioners and styling products near the tape tabs. Keep conditioner through the mid-lengths and ends only, brush gently and follow your stylist's maintenance guidance.
